Born Phoebe Ann Mosey in 1860, Annie Oakley was known to millions around the world as Little Miss Sure Shot. As the world's preeminent trick shot artist and marksman, she had a remarkable career with Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show and toured Europe with him in 1889-1890. Annie received this F. Hambrusch 12 ga. shotgun from Buffalo Bill during this world tour. The silver plate on the butt stock reads "Annie Oakley "Little Missy" From Col. Wm. F. Cody London 1890."
