Marble Arms (Gladstone, MI) Game Getter Combination Gun

Marble Arms' Game Getter was a combination arm initially offered in 1908. Providing a .22 caliber rifled barrel over a .44 caliber smoothbore barrel, the piece could fire round ball or shot ammunition in the lower barrel. Barrel lengths ranged from 12 inches to 22 inches and a folding shoulder stock was also available. The National Firearms Act of 1933 required an 18 inch barrel length for shotguns and shorter-barreled Game Getters became illegal if not registered.
