H. Pieper Mexican Military Revolving Carbine
Full-stocked, nine-shot revolving carbine manufactured by H. Pieper of Liege for Mexican Army. Marked Ejercito Mexicano on cylinder and frame, and H. Pieper Bte Liege on the top tang. 19.5 inch barrel fully enclosed by wooden forend. Cleaning rod trap in buttstock. The revolving carbines were issued to Rurales in the post-1893 period.
